Q: What can you do for me?
A: Professional organizer can provide: ideas, information, systems and
solutions, which can increase productivity, reduce stress, and create
a new-found freedom and a sense of being in control.
Q: How long will it take?
A: There is no set answer since each project is different. The length
of a project will depend primarily on the size of your home and/or office,
the amount of clutter and/or paper that has built up, and how quickly
you can make decisions.
Q: How do we start?
A: Logical Placement LLC SM will ask you a few simple
questions about your problem areas and then we can arrange a time that
is convenient
to both
parties for a work session. During this work session, we will work side-by-side
in addressing your issues.
Q: What do I need in terms of tools before our first organizing appointment?
A: Betty likes to look at what you have first and then gives you guidelines
on what kinds of products you might need to fill in the gaps. Getting
organized doesn’t have to be expensive, often times, we can use
things around the house, for example shoe boxes may be used as shelf
dividers.
Q: I am thinking about starting my own organizing
business. What advice can you give me?
A: Logical Placement LLC SM encourages organizers
that are serious in taking a look at joining both the National Association
of Professional Organizers www.napo.net and
the NAPO Chapter of Michigan
www.napomichigan.com. A person
may attend a chapter meeting as a guest for a small fee ($15.00)
to get a better understanding of both organizations. Our chapter meetings
are held monthly.
