Betty works with you to learn what’s most important so you can
get your life back on track. Betty is one of Southeast Michigan’s
most experienced professional organizers, starting her business back
in 2001. Not only do clients recognize what Betty can do, her colleagues
respect her work and elected her president of the Southeast Michigan
National Association of Professional Organizers from 2007-2010. Ms. Huotari
is still currently serving on the board in different capacities. She
is also part of The Golden Circle, an elite group of national organizers,
who have been in business for more than 5 years.
When she’s not finding solutions for her customers, Betty regularly
spends time learning about the latest trends and studies regarding organization.
This includes annual attendance at the National NAPO conferences to represent
the Southeast Michigan Chapter and monthly meetings to network with other
organizing professionals and associate members.
She’s earned a Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization
from the Institute of Challenging Disorganization (www.challengingdisorganization.org)
and passed the Chronic Disorganization General Exam.
She’s a frequent presenter to corporations, service organizations,
community education programs, and women’s expos. Clients like how
Betty maintains a delicate balance between being supportive but also
keeping on task and helping them achieve their timely goals. “Often
times, we organizers are our clients’ anchors and task managers.
I am there to work side by side with my clients and keep them moving
in a forward position and give them support and to not let them get discouraged!
